Casey Bristow to drive team All-Star car at next NG Superspeedway race
January 16th, 2024 | 6:11 PM CT

UPDATE: Casey Bristow couldn't register for the session in time thanks to iRacing's new change to get rid of the membersite. He will not race the January 16th Next Gen Daytona race as originally scheduled. He will race with us in the next Next Gen Superspeedway race, whenever that is.

ORIGINAL PRESS RELEASE (1/16 - 6:11 PM CT):
It was announced only half an hour before the race session goes up that new NR Night in America driver and long-time ASPHALT MEDIA driver Casey Bristow will drive the MC Motorsports All-Star Chevrolet for Next Gen @ Daytona Race 1, joining Marty and Bradley Cmejla for the MCM Fleet for the race. Casey Bristow is from Virginia and is a U.S. Air Force Veteran.

"I have seen Casey's determination on the track to get a good result, and that's what we are looking for here at MC Motorsports," team owner Marty Cmejla said.

Bristow finished a career high 2nd place with the first IndyCar Stream after iRacing regained their IndyCar rights back at Michigan. He lost to Kendall Carpenter by only 0.009. He then in the ASPHALT MEDIA IndyCar at Auto Club race, was running up front.

"Bristow is also one of our long-time supporters at MC Motorsports, always leaving a reply on our X posts. We are happy to have him with us in our first All-Star car of 2024."

Bristow will be the first MC Motorsports driver not named Marty Cmejla to race on our team in NR Night in America for 2024 - that is if he can qualify. Bristow has told us he struggles with Single-Car Qualifying at Superspeedways, which is what the race will be. Cmejla gave him some tips.

Look for the #20 of Casey Bristow, the #39 of Marty Cmejla, and the #83 of Bradley Cmejla on the track!
