UPDATE (3:41 PM 2/23): Marty Cmejla announced him and Patrick Connell will NOT be doing the first 2 NR Night in America events. Cmejla will likely do the IndyCar race for Race 3 at Nashville Superspeedway and Patrick Connell with Cmejla doing Round 4 Trucks @ Kansas.
MC Motorsports has a star-filled lineup for Friday, February 23rd, 2024's edition of NR Night in America. The night kicks off with Round 1, Next Gens at Atlanta. This is where 4 MC Motorsports drivers will attempt to qualify for the race. After this, we hope to field at least 1 car in the COT Michigan race for Round 2.

Above you can see each paint scheme for the team for the Atlanta race. Let's go through each of the drivers.
Starting off with the #20 of Casey Bristow. Casey Bristow will drive the Beckman Designs Dark Version Toyota Camry for the race. Bristow is coming off of his first start with the team in a part-time effort. This was back on January 30th where he would finish 13th with the Legacy Trucks at 2008 Daytona. Bristow is hoping to qualify in for the race and is hoping to have a good showing.
Running the alternate version of Bristow's scheme, is Marty Cmejla in the #39 Beckman Designs Light Version paint scheme created by Jason Beckman at Beckman Designs. Marty Cmejla picked up his first and only NR Night in America win so far at Atlanta back in November of 2023 with the Xfinity car. Cmejla hopes to continue the Atlanta success. That race where Cmejla won was actually the most recent NR Night race at the reconfigured version of Atlanta. Cmejla feels confident about qualifying, and his goal is to start in the Top 5.
Next up is the return of former full-time driver for the team, Justin Connor. It was announced earlier in the week that Justin Connor would join our part-time fleet for NR Night in America, joining Casey Bristow. Justin Connor will return to his classic #65, this time with sponsorship from new partner MC Quotes, owned by Marty Cmejla. Hopefully Justin Connor can qualify for the main event!
Finally we have Patrick Connell in the #67 Toyota. This will be his first race back with MC Motorsports after leaving in January to join Beckman Motorsports. Connell will debut new team partner Peters' Boyz Texas BBQ. Connell is really nervous about qualifying for the event. But, Cmejla and Connell hope to have dinner together before the race to discuss future plans and the eventful night ahead of them.
Unfortunately, Bradley Cmejla will not be attempting the race. Brad Cmejla is currently in Texas for a work trip. It would have been really fun to have Brad Cmejla attempting this race, too.
After Atlanta is COT Michigan. "We aren't really sure if we're going to do this race yet. Depending on the ASPHALT MEDIA schedule, we might run some races there after Atlanta," said Cmejla. Cmejla does have a new Catalyzst Clothing COT for the Michigan race. Statistically, COT Michigan is one of, if not the, greatest car-track-combo for Cmejla with a best finish of 3rd and numerous Top 10s, and a Top 5 performance in the NR CUP SERIES a year ago.

To wrap up the night, Marty Cmejla and Patrick Connell hope to race in the 95-lap Trendler Lobbies event with the 2008 Trucks at the reconfigured version of Atlanta. It will be a BUSY night for the team!
